Our family has been back to school for a few weeks now. We are still working on ironing out some wrinkles. I feel like we are so close to settling into a really good routine. Yaaayy! We are new to HOD. We love MFW but I really needed something between their K and 1st program. LHTH seems to fit the bill. I am very, very excited to be doing this with them.
This will be our 8th year homeschooling. The days are long but the years so quick. It has been a struggle getting into a solid routine for awhile. Something about either being pregnant, recovering from a c-section, or being pregnant again might have something to do with that. :) It has been a lot of work and I am so proud of where we are at. Being a homeschool mom has not been the most natural fit for me. I have often said I feel like God was trying to make circle into a square when He called me to homeschool. I am however so incredibly thankful that He chose this path for us. It often feels like an uphill climb but is worth every step.
